Margar Ohanyan’s restriction remains unchanged

YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 20, ARMENPRESS: Yerevan Kentron and Nork Marash administrative court declined the petition to change the restriction measure of the former chief of Armenia's Road Police Margar Ohanyan. The prosecutor too considered the petition groundless.

The defense suggested changing arrest restriction to setting him free for bail.

Margar Ohaninyan has been arrested from August 30, charged with great volume of embezzlement.
