Armenian Culture to be Presented to the World

YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 17, ARMENPRESS: Armenian culture will be presented to the whole world in 2012. Speaking to Armenpress, Minister of Culture Hasmik Poghosyan said a number of events will be conducted in different formats. She said different events will be held in Holland, Belgium, Denmark, Poland, Hungary, Germany.

In parallel to it Armenia will be represented in book fairs in 11 countries: it will either be an honorary guest or the main participant. "I even do not enumerate the events initiated by the local bodies," she stressed.

The minister said the number of events to be held outside of Armenia is huge and there is a difficulty to ensure all the exhibitions with relevant materials as there is no opportunity to export so much materials at the same time.
