If Russia’s “Yedinaya Rossia” party gathered less votes than during the previous elections, it does not mean the same will happen in Armenia, member of the RPA faction Mkrtich Minasyan told at December 9 press conference.
“In respect of democracy Armenia is a step forward from Russia thus the opinion that the RPA will follow “Yedinaya Rossia”’s example is wrong. In any case the party got the votes as a result of normal, transparent elections,” Minasyan said.
