Under the title "RA President's Speech at UN on Turkish NTV" the Hayastani Hanrapetutyun writes that the Turkish "NTV" television has referred to Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan's speech from the UN chair, focusing on two main accentuations. The publication posted in the electronic website of the television is entitled with the direct speech of the Armenian President, which says that the policy against Armenia disrupts the region.
The first accentuation is that the anti-Armenian policy of Turkey and Azerbaijan disrupts the region and harms the integration process in the South Caucasus. And the second one is that Turkey does not do what Armenian-Turkish regulation process needs. Though international community had expressed its support, Turkey did not manifest enough political will, while regulation of relations could turn the entire Caucasus into a dynamic developed region.
