“Mobile-Health Solution” to provide population with better access to health care services

YEREVAN, JULY 7, ARMENPRESS:

VivaCell-MTS together with Yerevan State Medical University presented Mobile-Health innovative solution, based on Ericsson M-Health wireless technologies aimed at creating a new improved means to provide population with better access to health care services.

The solution enables distance monitoring of patients health condition by their doctors. Patients will be able to conduct medical measurements at home and instantly send health-related data remotely via VivaCell-MTS network to their doctors for monitoring using special mobile health equipment. This will mean both convenience and fast follow up on patient's situation. Together with the Yerevan Medical State University, the mobile health equipment will be put in use as of September as a pilot project, at the pilot site of Yerevan Medical State University.
