YEREVAN, JUNE 29, ARMENPRESS:

Armenia's investment policy becomes more attractive for investors, businessman Vahagn Hovnanyan said, adding that it is promoted by specified laws. The latter said the laws must be more flexible and allow employers and employees an opportunity to operate freely.

In this respect the businessman considered the restriction of labor hour as a painful issue. "If the employee wants to work, why ban it", Hovnanyan said.

NA parliamentarian Manvel Badeyan explained that the corresponding law does not put restrictions in this respect, it clearly establishes working days and hours.

Another important issue is the circumstance of monopolized market. "If the sphere is being monopolized an issue of regulation of prices appears. It impedes the economic development of the country. It is necessary to encourage the small and medium-sized business", the businessman said, expressing hope that the steps of the government directed toward the solution of the issue will be justified.
