YEREVAN, APRIL 21, ARMENPRESS: The people of Nagorno Karabakh must have right to participate in the negotiation process within the framework of the OSCE Minsk Group, head of the British-Armenian parliamentary group, Baroness Caroline Cox said at the a news conference today at the National Assembly. According to her, Armenians and in general the Nagorno Karabakh made biggest concessions within the framework of the OSCE Minsk Group process.
“The Armenian party has expressed will to continue the negotiations on the basis of principles, and the Azeris must find edges for cooperation”, Caroline Cox said.
The delegation headed by Baroness was yesterday in Nagorno Karabakh, met with the NKR President Bako Sahakyan, talked about the conflict settlement process.
