YEREVAN, APRIL 1, ARMENPRESS:President of Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan met today with Armen Ashotyan, minister of education and science of the Republic of Armenia.
An official from the central information department of the office of the Artsakh Republic president told Armenpress that a number of issues on the educational cooperation between the two Armenian states were discussed during the meeting.
Bako Sahakyan emphasized the necessity of strengthening of the bilateral relations and more efficient use of the Armenian nation’s intellectual potential. He noted that it is one of the most reliable preconditions for the development of the education and science sphere and continuous strengthening of the Armenian statehood.
Vladik Khachatryan, Artsakh Republic minister of education and science, was present at the meeting.
