Eduard Sharmazanov: Unstable positions of Azerbaijan are a reason for doubt for international community

YEREVAN, MARCH 31, ARMENPRESS: “It is obvious that the report on the field assessment mission implemented in the neighboring regions of Nagorno Karabakh has arisen a serious confusion in Azerbaijan, and the different viewpoints voiced by Aliyev’s administration and foreign political department prove that,” Secretary of the Armenian Republican party’s faction Eduard Sharmazanov said, commenting on the contradicting comments of the Azerbaijani president’s administration and Foreign Affairs Ministry over the report.

According to him, Ali Hasanov, head of the public and political department at the Azerbaijani Presidential Administration, states that there are strict doubts in the issue of their being objective or non-objective, and the Foreign Affairs Ministry states that the report is objective and allows revealing the situation in those territories.

“We must mention that suchlike unstable and indistinct decisions, which can be frequently met in the behavior of the Azerbaijani party, are a reason for doubt for the co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group and international community to comprehend the inadequate and contradicting approaches of the Azerbaijani party,” Mr. Sharmazanov said.
