Kiro Manoyan says statement on hitting plane in Artsakh is threat of war

YEREVAN, MARCH 24, ARMENPRESS: The statement of Azerbaijan that it will destroy any civil plane in the air territory of Artsakh is a threat of war, responsible of the ARF Bureau Armenian Cause and political affairs office Kiro Manoyan said, adding that the international community, and particularly the Minsk Group co-chairs must respond to it immediately.

“With this step Azerbaijan will point to the beginning of war. That country may threat it any way every day. Instead of hitting a plane, in the same way it may threat to cause a more serious harm,” he noted.

According to him, this statement is also a rough violation of the international right as with it Azerbaijan threats to use force.
