Vahram Miraqyan Says Positive Attitude towards Enemy’s Culture Can be Dangerous

YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 18, ARMENPRESS: The positive attitude towards the enemy’s culture can be dangerous, according to Vahram Miraqyan, expert. He said today at a meeting with journalists that it can weaken the Armenian society against the Azerbaijani aggression.

According to Hrant Meliq-Shahnazaryan, appraisals and reports on the Azerbaijani culture have become frequent phenomena, especially in the social networks.

‘We show tolerance, allowing them to propagandize values to our children. This is dangerous for the security of both our state and society,’ Hrant Meliq-Shahnazaryan said.

Vahram Miraqyan noted that the most important tool for responding is the preservation and propaganda of the national culture. He says there are several types of people, who are engaged in the Azerbaijani propaganda in Armenia. The first type is the group, which is financed by certain sources and implements such events, and the next group partakes in the Azerbaijani propaganda because of ignoarance.
