YEREVAN, JANUARY 26, ARMENPRESS: Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan appointed Arsen Ahoyan Armenian ambassador to Bulgaria. With another decree the president relived Ahoyan of the office of the head of the analytical department of the staff of the RA president, press office reported.
