It is early to expect progress in NK conflict settlement

YEREVAN, JANUARY 24, ARMENPRESS: Artsakh highlights the meetings of the foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan but as far as the negotiation format of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict is not restored and NKR is not participate in the negotiation process it is early to expect any change from these meetings, head of the information department of the staff of the NKR president, political analyst Davit Babayan told Armenpress.

According to him, Azerbaijan continues displaying non-constructive position, many times breaching the cease-fire regime. “The violation of cease-fire regime has become Azerbaijan’s state philosophy which is a manifestation of military blackmailing. With this all I consider it is early to expect anything from the negotiations,” he said.
