Hamlet Harutyunyan says staff changes of Armenian President are directed toward elimination of impunity atmosphere

YEREVAN, DECEMBER 23, ARMENPRESS: The staff changes of the Armenian President are directed toward elimination of impunity atmosphere, member of NA Armenian Republican Party faction Hamlet Harutyunyan said today at a meeting with journalists, adding that by those changes the President brings forward persons with state way of thinking.

Referring to Serzh Sargsyan’s speech delivered during the event dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the Armenian Republican Party, Mr. Harutyunyan noted that the President distinctly and sharply showed that a right application of law is necessary for solution of all issues. “In case of applying of law all wrinkled issues will find a solution,” Hamlet Harutyunyan said.
