Nearly 20% of cars registered in Armenian insured

YEREVAN, DECEMBER 21, ARMENPRESS: Nearly the 20% of cars registered in Armenia is insured today, Public Relations Manager of the Car Insurance Bureau of Armenia Armine Hakobyan told Armenpress. She noted that the index is quite low, but it is mainly conditioned by the trait of character typical of Armenians – to leave the work for the last day. “I think these 10 days will be quite overloaded,” she noted, saying that all the insurance companies will work till the last day. According to Mrs. Harutyunyan, on December 31 all the agencies will hand the data on non-insured cars to the RA Police and lists of fines will be formed for non-insured cars.
