Shavarsh Kocharyan, “Azerbaijan has only one opportunity of having its flag in Stepanakert: it is recognition of Nagorno Karabakh Republic”

YEREVAN, SEPETEMBER 3, ARMENPRESS: “Azerbaijan has only one opportunity of having its flag in Stepanakert; it is the recognition of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic, establishment of diplomatic relations with it, having diplomatic representatives with mutual agreement and getting the right of raising the Azerbaijani flag over its embassy in the NKR in compliance with the Vienna Convention on diplomatic relations,” Deputy Foreign Minister Shavarsh Kocharyan said, commenting on Ilham Aliyev’s statement on raising the Azerbaijani flag in Stepanakert. According to him, the Azerbaijani leadership does not draw nearer but moves away that desired day.
