Certificates of international astrologic company to organizations in Armenian

YEREVAN, AUGUST 25, ARMENPRESS: The UNESCO had declared the year of 2009 an international astrologic year, within the framework of which 150 countries conducted numerous events directed toward making the science and especially the astrology massive. Events were organized in Armenia, too, an organizational committee was set up in Byurakan Observatory, the Armenian Astrologic Company was quite active, a number of organizations partook in the initiatives.

An official from the Armenian Astrologic Company told Armenpress that after the end of the year the International Astrologic Company, on the initiative of which the year was organized, handed certificates to relevant organizations or individuals of every county who have had outstanding contribution to conduction of the astrologic year and implementation of events.

In Armenia certificates have been handed to the Armenian Education and Science Ministry on behalf of Minister Armen Ashotyan to the Culture Ministry on behalf of Hasmik Poghosyan, to Byurakan Observatory on behalf of Director Hayk Harutyunyan, to the National Academy of Sciences on behalf of Radik Martirosyan, to the State Science Committee on behalf of Chairman Samvel Harutyunyan, to “Armenpress” news agency on behalf of Executive Director Hrayr Zoryan, to First Secretary of the Armenian National Commission for UNESCO Kristine Mehrabekyan, to “Antares Holding” on behalf of Chairman Armen Martirosyan and coordinator of events Areg Michaelyan.

The initiatives within the frameworks of the year have been assessed so succeeded that beyond-year events are conducted as well.
