Artak Shakaryan: Turkish sources are not strong and influential for Azerbaijan like previously

YEREVAN, AUGUST 18, ARMENPRESS: Today the relations between Turkey and Azerbaijan are not like they used to be, Artak Shakaryan, political analyst, said today at a news conference. He said if 10 years ago Turkey was able to speak with Azerbaijan from the position of “big brother”, give orders, today the visit of president of Turkey to Azerbaijan shows that Turkey wants to raise interest, persuade Azerbaijan in some issues.
