“Consulectra/MVV decon” joint venture – a winner of the international tender on the selection of a consultant of “Restoration of Gyumri-2 Substation” loan program

YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 25, ARMENPRESS: Today, the Armenian government approved the results of the international tender on the selection of a consultant of “Restoration of Gyumri-2 Substation” loan program the winner of which became “Consulectra/MVV decon” joint venture with 845 thousand 040 Euros’ contract sum. The program is implemented with the support of the German KfW bank.

Armenian Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Armen Movsisyan said that the tender was announced on July 3, 2009, and October 9 of 2009 was set as a deadline of submitting proposals. “Fichtner” company and “Consulectra/MVV decon” joint venture submitted proposal packages till the mentioned date.

As a result of studies, on the decision of the programs’ administration council, the results of the mentioned international tender carried out by the tender commission have been conformed by recognizing “Consulectra/MVV decon” a winner.
