YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 3, ARMENPRESS: About 2000 Braille copybooks will be published this year for children who are blind or have poor vision.

Head of the special education section of the Secondary Education Department of the Armenian Education and Science Ministry Nurijan Manukyan told Armenpress that the issues connected with those copybooks are regulated; every year they are provided with a necessary quantity to Yerevan Special School N 14 subordinated to the Armenian Ministry of Education and Science.

Some money is extended from the state budget for organizing the education of children having special needs, so that methodical manuals are published for teachers and parents. Currently some issues connected with the publication of those manuals are being discussed.
