The 18th anniversary of the formation of the Armenian army to be celebrated on January 28 in the republic

YEREVAN, JANUARY 27, ARMENPRESS: The 18th anniversary of the formation of the Armenian army will be celebrated on January 28 in the republic. Press Secretary of the Armenian Defense Ministry, Colonel Seyran Shahsuvaryan told Armenpress that on that occasion Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan, Armenian Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan and other high-ranking officials will pay a visit to “Yerablur” pantheon to pay a tribute to the memory of Armenian sons sacrificed their life for the liberation of their homeland.

On January 28, at 17:00 pm, a festive concert will be held in the Opera and Ballet House after Al. Spendiaryan. On the occasion of the Day of Army events will be conducted in all the military units of the Armenian Armed Forces.
