YEREVAN, DECEMBER 26, ARMENPRESS: Armenia presented to the Group of Countries Against Corruption (GRECO) a summarized report on the implementation of its commitments. During the second round of monitoring of the corruption situation in Armenia, the latter implemented the 12 of the commitments out of 24, nine were considered partially implemented and three not implemented. Head of the Armenian delegation to GRECO, deputy chief of the police Arthur Osikyan told Armenpress that in the coming 1-2 months Armenia expects from the establishment an assessment to the carried out work. The GRECO plenary session will give assessment to the implementation of commitments by Armenia in the coming spring or summer. Next year experts of the group will arrive in Armenia to carry out studies and prepare the country for the third monitoring round which is scheduled for spring 2011.
