Before registering for statements, head of the Republican party’s faction Galust Sahakyan suggested that no statements be voiced on the day of commemoration of the victims of October 27 tragedy. “Today is a day of commemoration, paying tribute, and I do not think that it may be an occasion of political debates,” he said. Member of “Heritage” faction, widow of the assassinated vice speaker of the NA Yuri Bakhshyan, Anahit Bakhshyan noted though that “the value of tribute will not lessen if normal statements will be voiced today”. Five members of parliament - head of the ARF faction Vahan Hovhannisyan and four members of “Heritage” made statements.
