YEREVAN, APRIL 14, ARMENPRESS:Armenian President Serzh Sargsian signed a decree dismissing General- Lieutenant Seiran Ohanian from the office of the first deputy of the Armenian defense minister. Presidential press service told Armenpress that with another decree S. Ohanian has been appointed Armenian Defense Minister. He was born in 1962 in the town of Shoushi. In August 1999 with the decree of the Karabakh president was appointed Karabakh Defense minister. On May 11, 2007 with the decree of the President of Armenia was appointed First Deputy of the Armenian Defense Minister. He is married has three sons.
