ARMENIAN BOXERS FAIL TO WIN OLYMPIC GAMES LICENSES

YEREVAN, APRIL 14, ARMENPRESS:An Armenian boxer, Derenik Gizhlaryan, 51 kg, lost to Gerard Toma of France in the semi- final of an international competition in Athens failing to win a qualification for the Olympic Games in China. Another Armenian boxer, Samvel Matevosian, 69 kg, lost in the semifinal to a Georgian boxer Kakhaber Zhvania.
