YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 5, ARMENPRESS:Armenian defense minister Mikael Harutunian has shrugged off today Azerbaijani allegations that Armenian troops violate truce on the line of contact. “Since 1994 when the ceasefire agreement was signed Armenian troops have never violated the truce at their own initiative. The truce is violated sometimes by the Azerbaijani side and we have to retaliate and will retaliate,” he said. He said he would like Azerbaijani military leadership to take control of its troops to rule out violation of the ceasefire. He was speaking to reporters at an event that marked the 15-th anniversary of the Armenian army intelligence service.
