BAKU, JANUARY 24, ARMENPRESS:EU Special Representative to South Caucasus Peter Semneby told in an exclusive interview to Trend news agency that “EU is not going to replace OSCE in the process of regulation of Nagorno Karabakh conflict and the Minsk Group will continue dealing with the issue.” He noted that EU fully supports the OSCE Minsk Group, and the intention of EU to discuss opportunities of establishing trust between the sides does not mean change of format of negotiations. Semneby said that EU will continue supporting the work of OSCE Minsk Group and the means which will be undertaken for the regulation of the conflict. “It will be discussed during my coming visit to the region,” he said. The special representative also said he is going to visit Nagorno Karabakh and at present the date of the visit is being decided.
