RESULTS OF COMPETITION OF YOUNG CREATORS WRAPPED UP

YEREVAN, DECEMBER 18, ARMENPRESS:The results of competition of young creators were wrapped up today at the cultural center of the Yerevan State University. Head of the Armenian Writers’ Union and head of the jury Levon Ananian said that students of almost all faculties submitted applications for participation. They competed in “best prose and poem” nominations. “The young generation is creating in an original way, it has new approaches and new attitude towards literary word,” Ananian said expressing assurance that at present new generation of writers is being formed which will promote the effective development of these two literary genres. He said the competition was unbiased and best works have been selected.
