ROMAN AMOYAN WINS WORLD CHAMPION TITLE

YEREVAN, AUGUST 15, ARMENPRESS:Armenian wrestler Roman Amoyan won the title of world champion in the weight category of 50kg in the world youth competition completed in Tashkent August 14. He beat a Russian representative in the final. The silver medal went to another Armenian Robert Petrosian (weight category of 97kg) from Echmiadzin. In the team contest including 46 teams, Armenian combined team was the 6th.
