Armenia’s Security Council secretary receives newly appointed French ambassador

Secretary of Armenia’s Security Council Alen Simonyan received the newly appointed French Ambassador to Armenia, Florian Escudié, on 6 October.

A statement about the meeting was published on the Armenian Security Council’s official Facebook page.

According to the statement, Alen Simonyan congratulated the ambassador on his appointment and wished him success in his diplomatic mission.

The two officials discussed a range of issues concerning bilateral relations.

They also discussed progress in Armenia–EU cooperation and other topics of regional significance.
