Armenia has travelled with dignity the difficult path of establishment and development under new historical circumstances and established itself as a progressive country that enjoys recognition and respect on the international stage.
President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev made the remarks in a congratulatory message to Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on the 35th anniversary of the independence of the Republic of Armenia.
“Dear Prime Minister,
I sincerely congratulate you and your compatriots on the 35th anniversary of the independence of the Republic of Armenia.
This historic anniversary symbolises the unwavering will, national unity and creative spirit of the Armenian people.
Drawing on centuries-old traditions of statehood and a rich cultural heritage, Armenia has travelled with dignity the difficult path of establishment and development under new historical circumstances and established itself as a progressive country that enjoys recognition and respect on the international stage.
Under your strong and authoritative leadership, unprecedented reforms are being implemented in Armenia, which have become a solid foundation for the country’s sustainable socio-economic development.
In Kazakhstan, we have great respect for the Armenian people, your ancient history, culture and traditions.
We highly value the relations of friendship and strategic partnership between our states.
I hope that through our joint efforts we will be able to significantly build on the results achieved and ensure that Kazakhstan-Armenia cooperation serves the fundamental interests of our friendly peoples.
