President Vahagn Khachaturyan on Wednesday met with Switzerland’s Ambassador to Armenia, Andrea Barbara Baumann.
The President congratulated the Ambassador on Switzerland’s national day and, through her, conveyed his best wishes to the people and leadership of Switzerland.
Ambassador Andrea Barbara Baumann thanked the President for the reception and warm words.
According to a readout from the President’s Office, the agenda of dynamically developing cooperation between Armenia and Switzerland was discussed. The possibilities of exchanging and applying Swiss best practices in forestry, the development of democratic institutions, participatory governance and other areas were emphasized.
