New French Ambassador presents credentials to Armenian President

France’s newly appointed Ambassador to Armenia, Florian Escudié, has presented his credentials to Armenian President Vahagn Khachaturyan, the Office of the President of Armenia said in a statement.
The President congratulated the Ambassador on his appointment and wished him success in his diplomatic mission, stressing the importance of further deepening the special relationship between the two countries.
Ambassador Florian Escudié thanked the President for the reception and his good wishes and conveyed greetings from French President Emmanuel Macron.
During the meeting, the sides discussed the agenda of the strategic partnership between Armenia and France, its effective implementation and prospects for its further development.
The sides also exchanged views on the bilateral agenda and other issues of mutual interest.
