Georgia earthquake felt in Armenia

A magnitude 3.2 earthquake that hit near the Georgian town of Dmanisi in the early hours of Thursday was also felt in neighboring Armenia at a mild intensity, authorities reported.

The Armenian Ministry of Internal Affairs’ Seismic Protection Service placed the quake some 19 km northwest of Dmanisi at a depth of 10 km.

It was felt across several villages in the Armenian regions of Shirak and Lori at an intensity of MSK 2–3.
