Armenia, Vietnam discuss steps to advance bilateral agenda

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan held a brief meeting with Vietnamese Vice President Vo Thi Anh Xuan on the sidelines of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Plus meeting.

The Prime Minister’s Office said the sides emphasized the friendly relations between Armenia and Vietnam and stressed the importance of consistently developing political, economic and cultural ties.

Prime Minister Pashinyan recalled his official visit to Vietnam in 2019 and stressed the need to organize high-level contacts and mutual visits.

The sides exchanged views on steps aimed at further advancing the bilateral agenda.
