Pashinyan congratulates Uruguay president on Independence Day

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan sent a congratulatory message to President of Uruguay Yamandú Orsi on the occasion of the national holiday, Independence Day.

The message published by PM Pashinyan's office reads:

“I warmly congratulate you and the friendly people of Uruguay on the occasion of the national holiday, Independence Day, of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay.

I note with satisfaction that the strong friendly relations between Armenia and Uruguay are continuously developing and strengthening, with cooperation expanding particularly in the fields of innovation, education, culture and tourism.

I am confident that in the coming period, thanks to joint efforts, new opportunities will arise for the further development of cooperation, contributing to the enrichment of the bilateral agenda and the implementation of joint initiatives in areas of mutual interest.

I wish you good health and new achievements, and peace and prosperity to the friendly people of Uruguay.”
