Olympiacos signs Armenia international Nair Tiknizyan

Armenia national team defender Nair Tiknizyan has joined Greek football club Olympiacos on a four-year contract, with an option to extend it for another year.

Olympiacos officially presented the 27-year-old defender, welcoming him in a post on social media.

Tiknizyan’s annual salary at the Greek club will be around €1 million.

Tiknizyan joined Serbian club Crvena Zvezda in 2025 after previously playing for Lokomotiv Moscow.

He has been part of the Armenia national team since 2023, making 31 appearances and scoring one goal.

The move comes a day after reports emerged that Tiknizyan had arrived in Athens to complete his transfer to Olympiacos.
