Georgia extradites fugitive to Armenia

Georgian authorities have granted a request from Armenia’s Prosecutor General’s Office and handed over a wanted person, identified as K.H., to Armenian authorities.

According to Armenia’s Prosecutor General’s Office, K.H. is accused of obtaining and carrying a cutting or piercing object while being held in jail, escaping from custody, and illegally crossing the state border.

On the instructions of the Prosecutor General’s Office, Armenian police officers ensured the fugitive’s transfer to Yerevan.
