Pashinyan appoints Alen Simonyan as Security Council secretary

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has appointed former Parliament Speaker Alen Simonyan as Secretary of the Security Council, replacing Armen Grigoryan.

The decree appointing Simonyan and the decree dismissing Grigoryan, both signed by Pashinyan, were published online on Thursday.
