Speaker of the Riksdag of the Kingdom of Sweden Andreas Norlén has sent a congratulatory message to Ruben Rubinyan on his election as Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia, according to the National Assembly’s website.
In his congratulatory message, the Riksdag Speaker said Sweden and Armenia enjoy excellent relations, highlighting the history of cooperation and exchanges between the two countries at all levels of society.
