Armenian President Vahagn Khachaturyan has received entrepreneur, member of the Board of Trustees of the American University of Armenia, founder and CEO of the technology company Picsart, Hovhannes Avoyan, and presented him with a high state award of the Republic of Armenia.
According to the Presidential Office, Avoyan was awarded the Second Class Order “For Services to the Homeland” on the occasion of Republic Day for his significant contribution to education, science, culture, economic development, the preservation of Armenian identity, and for his many years of distinguished service.
President Khachaturyan congratulated Avoyan on receiving the high state award and expressed confidence that his experience and work would continue to contribute to the development and progress of the Republic of Armenia.
The president wished him continued achievements and every success.
