Pashinyan tells new Cabinet to reassess work for greater efficiency

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan told his newly formed Cabinet on Thursday that it needs to review its work in order to make its activities more effective.

Pashinyan congratulated the deputy prime ministers and ministers on being reappointed to their positions and wished success to newly appointed Minister of High-Tech Industry Davit Tadevosyan and the newly appointed Chief of Staff of the Prime Minister’s Office Lilit Makunts.

“Of course, it is clear that a significant part of the government’s work will continue in the spirit of continuity. However, it is also clear that we need to review our work in order to carry it out more effectively. We must analyze the reasons behind what did not work out during the previous period and draw the necessary conclusions. At the same time, we must also analyze what was successful — we have analyzed it and continue to do so — and approach issues more effectively,” Prime Minister Pashinyan said.
