Türkiye’s Supreme Military Council appoints new Air Force commander

Under a decision by Türkiye’s Supreme Military Council, General Rafet Dalkıran has been appointed the new commander of the Turkish Air Force.

Turkish media reported the appointment, citing the relevant decree.

The Supreme Military Council also decided to extend the term of office of Commander of the Turkish Naval Forces Admiral Ercüment Tatlıoğlu by one year.
