Tajikistan's president congratulates Pashinyan on reappointment

President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon has congratulated Nikol Pashinyan on his reappointment as Prime Minister of Armenia.

“Please accept our sincere congratulations and best wishes on the occasion of your appointment as Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia,” President Rahmon said in a letter addressed to Pashinyan and published by his office.

“Your reappointment to this high office once again testifies to society’s support for your political course, which is consistently aimed at the socio-economic progress of friendly Armenia and strengthening its standing in the international arena.

Taking this opportunity, I would like to emphasize our continued interest in the comprehensive development of constructive cooperation between Tajikistan and Armenia, based on the long-standing traditions of friendship, mutual understanding, mutual respect, and trust.

I am confident that through joint efforts, we will continue to contribute in every possible way to the effective advancement of this process, for the benefit of the fundamental interests of our peoples.
