Hayk Minasyan crowned world champion in shooting

Members of Armenia’s national shooting team have claimed their first medals at the World Championships underway in Estonia.

According to the press service of the Armenian Shooting Federation, the World Championships in the running target discipline got underway in Tallinn.

On the opening day of competition, Hayk Minasyan was crowned world champion in the men’s running target mixed runs individual event, scoring 384 points.

In the team event, Hayk Minasyan, Hovhannes Margaryan and Gor Khachatryan finished second to win the silver medals at the World Championships.
