Estonian FM congratulates Pashinyan and Civil Contract on victory

Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna has congratulated Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and his Civil Contract Party on their victory in the parliamentary elections.

In a post on X, Tsahkna said the results reflect the Armenian people’s strong support for democratic reforms and closer ties with the EU.
