Armenian FM congratulates new Dutch ministers on appointments

Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan has congratulated the new Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands, Tom Berendsen, and the new Minister of Foreign Trade and Development Cooperation, Sjoerd Sjoerdsma, on their appointments.
