Azerbaijani nationals who visited Armenia are Russian citizens – NSS

The Azerbaijani individuals who recently visited Armenia are citizens of the Russian Federation and had previously traveled to the country in 2013 and 2014, the National Security Service of the Republic of Armenia (NSS) said in response to an inquiry by Armenpress.

According to the NSS, the individuals entered and exited Armenia through the Bagratashen border crossing point. "The visit was of a private nature," it added.
