Pashinyan returns from BoP Washington meeting with "greater confidence in peace"

After attending the inaugural meeting of the Board of Peace (BoP) in Washington, D.C., Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said on social media that he is returning to Armenia “with greater confidence in peace.”

“I missed Armenia. I am returning with greater confidence in peace,” he wrote on social media.

Armenia is among the founding member states of the Board of Peace, an international body established under the chairmanship of U.S. President Donald Trump.

During the February 19 inaugural meeting in Washington, D.C., Pashinyan spoke with U.S. President Donald Trump and other world leaders, including Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, who is also a founding member of the body.
