Ambassador Balayan, EU official discuss Armenia–EU agenda and Yerevan summits

Armenia's Ambassador to Belgium and Head of the Mission of Armenia to the European Union, Tigran Balayan, met with Simon Mordue, Chief Adviser on Diplomatic Affairs to the President of the European Council.

During the meeting, the sides discussed issues related to the expanding Armenia-European Union partnership, as well as high-level reciprocal visits.

The parties also exchanged views on organizational and substantive matters concerning the European Political Community and the Armenia-European Union summits scheduled to take place in Yerevan in May.

They also touched upon the latest developments in the South Caucasus region and the new opportunities within the framework of the peace agenda.
